His exceptional skill in managing large contracts and projects was honed over a distinguished 20-year career as a Contracting Officer in the military and federal civilian sectors. This experience, which included negotiating and managing contracts worth up to $2 billion, affords him a profound understanding of the financial and operational challenges faced by HOA and Condo associations today. This background has imparted invaluable skills that are now the cornerstone of the Verity Residential approach:
