Community Association Manager
Rodney's exceptional expertise in managing large contracts and projects was honed through his distinguished career as a Contracting Officer in the military and federal civilian sectors, spanning over 17 years. His extensive experience with negotiating contracts worth up to $2 billion affords him a profound understanding of the challenges faced by HOA and Condo associations today. Recognizing the extraordinary value his unique background and Master's of Business Administration degree could bring, Rodney embarked on a mission to offer his invaluable management skillset to associations across Walton, Okaloosa, and Santa Rosa counties in the Emerald Coast region. Rodney's government acquisition acumen has imparted him with three invaluable lessons that are directly applicable to community management: 1. Mastering the art of dealing with diverse personalities 2. Expertly managing substantial financial resources 3.
