Setup auto-pay or make a one-time payment with Property Pay.

Convenience Fees:e-Check - FREE Pay by Card – 2.95% Option 2 - Bill Pay Service: No Cost (add’l charges may apply from your bank)Using your bank’s Bill Pay service:1. Set up the payment payable to your association. 2. Include the "Account #" and "Association ID" found on your statement on the check’s memo line.3. Note: Including the "Account Number" ensures correct payment posting. Each home/unit has a unique number, so please use the correct one. Using an Online Bill Payment Service could delay posting. 2. Download the mobile app (search for "Online Portal for Appfolio" in your app store) so it is easy to return at any time.
